Do we really need 2 monitors for accumatica?
Which screen are you looking at specifically?
Two general thoughts:
1. In my opinion, Windows-based applications do a better job of cramming a bunch of stuff onto a single screen.
2. I would caution against customizing a bunch of screens just to make the layout better because you will probably get a big headache when it's time to upgrade. On that note though, there was a slide at the last Acumatica Summit which mentioned "Form personalization" in the roadmap. Seems like it might be a way to allow you to customize the layout of a screen without coding in the future:
