Shared Filters not Visible to All Users - Acumatica R2
In Acumatica R2, a filter was created, saved, and the shared checkbox was marked; however, the filters created are not visible to the users within my organization. It worked without failure in the previous version 6.10.1122 prior to us upgrading to R2. All the settings and security has been checked. Any thoughts on why the filter isn't visible to others?
Hmmm, I just upgraded to 17.204.0019 and tried again. It still works for me. I can share a filter under the admin user, then login as another user and see the filter.
Are you making sure to click the SAVE button after you check the Shared checkbox? Note that the SAVE button is disabled in my screenshot below because I already saved it, but it should be enabled for you.
